What is Sophrology?

It is a structured method based on the most effective philosophies of both East and West to produce optimal health and well being.
It consists of easy to do physical and mental exercices that, when practised regularly, lead to a healthy, relaxed body and a calm and alert mind. The exercices are called Dynamic Relaxation (relaxation in movement)
